Frequently asked questions
How do my employees clock in?
With the Rondi app on their phone. The recorded time is the server's: it can be neither moved forward nor backdated.
Do I need to install any hardware?
No. A phone is enough. With the Standard pack on annual billing, an Android tablet and its mount are included free.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union, on servers in Frankfurt. Each company is isolated from the others.
How long is the free trial?
1 month, with the full Standard pack, no credit card.
Can I stop whenever I want?
On monthly billing, yes: no commitment. On annual billing, you commit to 12 months paid upfront, in exchange for 15% off.
I have several sites, how does it work?
Each site has its own subscription. From the second one, the same pack costs 30% less.
Does Rondi file payroll returns?
No. Rondi prepares payroll: hours, overtime and advances come from clock-ins, then you export the month. It is not social-security filing software.
