The problem

The attendance sheet is filled in after the fact and is hard to read at month end.
A time clock has to be bought, installed and repaired, and it cannot follow teams off-site.
A missed clock-in turns into an argument, with no record of who corrected what.

Each employee clocks in from the app, on their own phone.
For the entrance, turn any phone into a kiosk: one device for the whole team.
Forgot to clock in? The manager enters the real time with a reason. The original stays visible and the correction is on record.

The employee opens the app and taps “Arrival”. It is recorded to the second.

The dashboard shows who is in, who is on a break, who is missing.

Export
At month end, the hours go out as an export for payroll or the accountant.
